USA GYMNASTICS: BEGIN HERE, GO ANYWHERE
Gymnastics is an excellent foundation for EVERY child. Through gymnastics, each child will gain improved balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, patience, discipline and confidence. At Telluride Gymnastics we offer classes for children ages 12 months to 18 years old.

Toddler and Preschool Gymnastics
Indoor playground is a great way to introduce toddlers to the gym. Parents will accompany and assist children while they explore obstacle courses, low beams, bars, inflatables, rings and so much more. Walking to 5 years old.
Preschool Gymnastics is designed for boys and girls who are beginning gymnasts, learning the basics of the sport and exploring new movements on each apparatus. All children must be willing to participate without a parent/guardian and must be fully potty trained. 3-5 years old.
Winter/Spring 2021 January 4 - May 21 *No class on January 18, February 15 and April 5-16 |
Preschool Gymnastics: Tuesday 10:45-11:45 |

Recreational Gymnastics
Gymnasts will learn basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor and vault and will work on strength and flexibility.
During a semester, classes are programmed to follow progressions each month. This allows time for the athletes to succeed in accomplishing a skill before being challenged with a new skill set.
Classes are taught by a certified USAG instructor.
Telluride gymnasts start at the beginning level of gymnastics and are invited to move through the levels with a coaches recommendation.
